“With this step, the FRG government reacts to the fact that the Russian authorities, despite repeated, urgent high-level demands, did not cooperate sufficiently in the investigation of the murder in Berlin Tiergarten, Perfect August 2019 of the year ”, – says the message of the department.
They specified that diplomats were recognized as non grata persons in accordance with Article 9 of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations from 18 April 23 years.
